*Many want to escape “divine diagnosis” – Godly
intervention.
*They don’t want to hear the truth because it hurts but it will set you free!
*Jesus meets the women at the well and looks internally, beyond the charming front she puts on! He sees exactly what’s going on in her thoughts! – she had defeated relationships with 5 men!
*She lived according to the sinful human nature and could not find satisfaction or peace!
For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Romans 8:6
*If you don’t live according to the precepts of God’s Word, you will live according to human standards!
- And do not be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], but be transformed and progressively changed
[as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly
values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the
will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you].
